We would like to introduce you to a new innovation in pilates training.  Our team at Avid Fitness Centre brings you “Specialist Transitional Pilates” classes in three different levels – taking you through beginners to intermediate and advanced classes which move through skill and strenuosity levels.  Our team leads you and supports you within each level – sharing a progressive experience. Beginners Specialist Transitional Pilates
Our Beginners Specialist Transitional Pilates class will take you through the basics of all pilates movements.  You will need this level to advance on.  The basics in mat movement and body placement is taught explicitly in this class.

Intermediate Specialist Transitional Pilates
Pilates Brisbane classes in Intermediate Specialist Transitional Pilates starts to support you through pilates routines to upbeat and new and refreshing music and routines.  We choreograph specialist routines that are both original and new.  You will be fully supported in your Intermediate Specialist Transitional Pilates classes and will develop the skill and the strength to progress into future Specialist Transitional Pilates levels.

Advanced Specialist Transitional Pilates
Our Advanced Specialist Transitional Pilates brings you an advanced level in pilates moves and pilates routines.  Our original pilates choreographed classes are always to upbeat music and we ensure that you will train in a safe a supportive environment.  Our Advanced Specialist Transitional Pilates are fun and refreshing and will increase both your strength and your flexibility.  We place a strong emphasis on skill development in our Advanced Specialist Transitional Pilates classes.  Pilates Brisbane.

For a limited time and upon request we will be including a Pregnancy Specialist Transitional Pilates class.  These classes allow the mum to be to take on and advance themselves in pilates routines and learn to relax while being supportive with their pregnant self.  We love to share these classes with as many mums to be and we open this up to new and beginning women (only) to start their pilates journey in a soft and shared environment.
